Do you really buy cars that don’t run?
Yes. A big share of the cars we buy don’t start, need major repairs, or have been sitting for years. We tow them for free.
What if I don’t have the title?
In Missouri we generally need a title to buy a vehicle. If yours is lost, you can apply for a duplicate at a Missouri license office — it’s usually quicker than people expect. Call us with your situation and we’ll tell you honestly what will work.
How do you come up with the price?
Year, make, model, mileage, whether it runs, and what’s wrong with it. For junk cars, current scrap and parts prices matter too. We ask the questions up front so the price doesn’t change at pickup.
Is towing actually free?
Yes. We don’t take a towing fee out of your offer. The number we agree on is what you get.
How fast can you pick up?
Often the same day, otherwise the next day. We’re open 7am to 10pm, seven days a week.
When do I get paid?
At pickup, before the car leaves. Once the title is signed, you’re paid on the spot.
What paperwork do I need?
The title and a photo ID. Keep your license plates — in Missouri they stay with you. After the sale, file a Notice of Sale (Form 5049) with the Missouri DOR within 30 days and cancel your insurance.
